Interior Demolition, Robotic Demolition and Rigging

Performed 175,000 square feet of complete interior demolition (complete gut out) along with all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing demolition including 7 large mechanical rooms in a semi-occupied building at the General Motors Technical Center. We also removed 12 escalators that were cut into manageable pieces and removed from the building by hand. The escalators were stacked, spanning 3 floor levels in two separate ends of the building. All the rigging, hoisting, and configuration was done by Detroit Dismantling.
